Yes folks, they’re getting a divorce. Basically, they were married a little over two years and pumped out two kids. She is now a single mom with two kids, no career and no future. Nice life choices there Brittney…
Her career is completely over. She’ll never be able to come back now even if she wanted to. She was only popular with teenie boppers and now she’s too old for them, and she doesn’t have enough talent for older audiences. Now that she’s dropped two kids, she doesn’t have the sex appeal any more to draw in male fans who were into the whole young, hot and innocent image she used to have. So basically, her life is going to be like so many other women out there who didn’t think before they shacked up with some scumbag and pumped out a couple of kids, only to later find out that it was all just a huge mistake. The only difference with her is, she still has all the money she made. I wonder how long that will last though. You can’t adjust your life to a huge income and then suddenly have that gone and not expect to take a big fall. Man, what a mess.
I feel sorry for her in a way, and in other ways I don’t. I guess the human side of me feels sorry for her because she made bad life choices and is now paying the price for it. If she wanted kids so bad she should have waited until her career was fully realized and then just found a sperm donor or something. It would have been way better than what she ended up doing and who she ended up doing it with. The logical side of me doesn’t feel sorry for her at all because she was just stupid and should have know what the hell she was getting into before she got married and deserves what she gets.
Oh well, not my problem. I got enough problems of my own without worrying about the stupidity of others. I can however point out other people’s stupidity when I find it, because maybe it’ll help even just a few of the people who read this to be a little smarter about their life choices. I can only hope…
Anyway, article I linked to also has a link to a PDF file of their divorce papers if you’re interested. I dug through the first few pages but didn’t see anything overly interesting. I’ll dig through them a little deeper later on and see if there’s anything juicy.
